Hier in Jekaterinburg hat man sich was ganz besonderes für das Stadion einfallen lassen. Da es für die FIFA Regularien zu klein ist, hat man beide Seiten einfach offen gelassen und zwei riesige Stahlrohrtribünen angebaut. Diese werden nach der WM wieder abgebaut und das Stadion wieder verschlossen. So kommt man aber jetzt auf eine Kapazität von über 30.000 Zuschauer.
Wir hatten nun auch noch das Glück, auf dieser Tribüne Platz nehmen zu dürfen. Der kalte Wind pfiff uns um die Nase und der nächste Bierstand war weit. Besonders aber hatten wir Mitleid mit den vielen Peruanern um uns herum, die förmlich bibberten. Nicht nur um ihr Team, sondern auch vor Kälte.

There is a special stadium here in Ekaterinburg. As it did not fulfill the regularities of FIFA, the sides are open and replaced by stages. The stages are removed after the World Cup and the sides will be closed. But in this way the stadium is getting a capacity of over 30.000 people.
As this was our lucky day we had the chance to have a seat on one of the stages. The wind blowed very cold and the next beer was downwards. But it was also a hard day for the Peruvians. They couldn’t handle the game and the weather.
